ABOUT RIENNE

Rienne Lepere, M.A. has served as a Relationship Counselor since 1985, leading groups and coaching individual women and couples.

In addition to formal education in psychology, her private teachers include Professor George Pransky of UC Berkeley and Professor John Welwood of CIIS and Naropa Institute, author of Love and Awakening and Journey of the Heart. She studied for eight years at the Relationship Research Institute, a Santa Rosa, California think-tank and trained in human sexuality at More University, Lafayette, California.

Rienne became affiliated with the San Francisco Bay Area Tantra community in 1990, and served on the Board of Directors of Celebrations of Love, a not-for-profit Tantra education organization. She received Tantra training from a wide range of Bay Area, Marin County, New York and Hawaii Tantra elders, teachers and masters.

Rienne was initiated in Transcendental Meditation in 1966 and has sat with many living spiritual masters, including H.H. Dalai Lama IVX, SogyalRinpoche, Thich Nhat Hanh, Pema Chodron, Tarthang Tulku, Gurumayi and Gangaji.
